The VCF and VIP hold Monthly meetings that are held on the FIRST MONDAY of each month. Meetings start at 3:00pm and are held monthly at 3300 Highway 5 South.
Watch the website or phone the office to receive information regarding the meetings and or cancellation.
Your interest and attendance in the activities of both the Valemount Community Forest and Valemount Industrial Park is encouraged. Financials are reviewed monthly as well as presented as Annual Audited financials at the Annual General Meetings.
For presentations, concerns and complaints please plan ahead so that you can be on the Agenda and feel welcome to share your information and exchange respectful dialogue with the Board.
When weather permits the meetings are held outside which may be a good option for some and gives space between people as we follow Covid 19 protocol.

LOGO and mill name contests for community submissions.
Local weed pull to remove the large and well established knapweed at the main view parking lot.
The knapweed is being monitored to choose a date where digging/forking and pulling is optimum. ‘Many hands make light work’ will be looking for ten volunteers.
Events exempt from the current Province-wide restrictions include:
- B.C. legislature and cabinet meetings
- City council meetings. It is recommended virtual meeting be held as much as possible. The public is not allowed to attend
